Return and Refund Policy

At digipop, we aim to provide quality products and excellent service. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please review our policy below:

30-Day Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the issue is due to an error on our behalf (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product, etc.).

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please email us at digipopcam@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.

3. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

  • A tracking number must be provided to confirm the return shipment.

4. Return Approval

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on where to ship the item.

Unapproved returns or items sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds will be issued for the item’s cost only (excluding original shipping fees).

Note: Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above will not be processed. Thank you for understanding and supporting our policies.


Unhappy with Your Order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to a refund. However, you must contact us directly to initiate the return process. Failure to do so and disputing the charge with your payment provider instead may be considered a violation of the Fair Credit Billing Act of 1974.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund Timeline

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
